What I think went well

Making a film trailer can be unpredictable. It was important that we were prepared for any mistakes and how we would overcome them. Luckily it only took us a few weeks to actually film the trailer meaning that the weather was more or less the same, and it god dark around the same time. This helped us to figure out what time to start filmingin roughly before it gets too dark.
However one time we filmed, we underestimated how quick it gets dark. The footage turned out to be very dark which made it hard to see what was actually going on in the clip. Although we still used some of the footage in the trailer because we though the low key lighting provided mystery and how natural the sarroundings was to provoke tention and an abandoned sensation.

Another aspect that went well was that we knew how to use Final Cut Express. This means that we are able to recognise what we are capable of doing; It us important that we knew how long it took to edit footage on this program otherwise we would run out of time and will have to rush the project. Luckily we left enough time. Just about enough to make any improvements to help increase our final grade.
This was also the first year we used Garage Band. This program helped us to create the background music- which influences the audience to feel what we want them to feel, scared and at the edge of their seats.

A good group, everyone in my group have put some sort of input to the final piece. We have all worked well and given ideas to develope the film trailer. Each team member has their own abilities which have come to the advantage to have different roles in the group. My input was the music, shannons was best at editing the pictures, katie did most of the editing with input of everyone elses and grace done the acting. We all had a turn with oporating the camera as well.
