Digital technology is a big part of most peoples lives. It is involved in everyday life such as computers at work or radios to find out important news around the world. Different types of digital technology has their own influence over consumers which helps them to create their own media piece. Not long ago, I was assigned to create a film trailer. In a group, we have to create all the dynamics from scratch; such as the music, lighting and montage.
Computers was a large aspect that helped me complete my coursework piece. I searched on youtube to help me give a rough idea of what should be included in a trailer. The technology allowed me to pause and play back videos, this helped me do a more detailed analysis of each video and decide what genre I would want to go for.
The internet has provided me with a range of interpritations. Such as representations of age groups, how films where made and have also provided tutorials of how to use final cut express. There have been many occasions I have needed to use this program and inhance how to do a particulare effect.
