Today we filmed the car skidding as feet stepped out onto the road. This took a very long time for safety reasons. We had to make sure that everyonedone what they had to do at the right time, otherwise someone could get hurt. It was also important that we made sure that the car tyres were in good condition; because of this we tried to as less practices as we could, so the tyres wouldnt get ruined.
To help, we had to cameras filming during this scene so that we wouldnt have to keep doing run throughs. We had a camera in the car, and a camera on the floor just behind where the feet where going to stand out in front of. Both of these has an effect on the audidence because they positioning of the camera on the floor gives a mysterious interpritation of the man. Whereas the camera inside the car shows how fast the car was going, and how relaxed the girls are- this completely contradicts how they will be feeling when the man steps out infront of the car.
