While editing the trailer, we noticed the film tite needed to have some sort of effects to it, this would help it stand out more and make it noticable that that was the name of the trailer. We used Adobe After Effects CS6.
This text movement is really effective because the speed of the effect helps to emphasise on the adrenaline of the chase. However we chose not to use this effect as the speed also took away the suspense of a hiding sensation.
We considered this type of effect because it is different from the other effects. However it takes 30 seconds to finish which would mean that there would not be much time left for footage about the film.
This type of effect gives a more mystery and hiding sensation. We considered using a smokey effect that moves around the text to portray an abandoned environment. However we chose not to use this because the smoke did not look realistic and badly done.
